Terms and conditions

When you book and pay for your course, that guarantees your place in the class and ensures that a qualified instructor is available to train on the day selected. Should you not show up for the confirmed class on the day of your training, you forfeit fee associated with the class (management will consider special circumstances for medical emeergencies and make arrangements with participant to complete the selected course on and alternative day). As a courtesy to the other students and the instructor(s), if you are more than 30 mins late from the start of the scheduled class you will not be allowed to join the class unless academy is notified in advance.
